We have been using Agile methods in our projects for a long time and have only had the best experiences with Agile project management approaches. No matter if it is about selection, introduction or optimisation projects, Agile methods are the first choice.
Especially in software implementation projects, we have had very good experiences with agile software development and Scrum. In other projects, we can also report good experiences with KANBAN methods.
Agile methods unfold their optimal effect with good tool support, whereby we can fall back on the experience with JIRA, TRELLO, Meister Task and Asana.
